Returns Policy

At BuggyBoard ANZ, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Incorrect Item Ordered

  • If you ordered the wrong item, a return may be accepted only if the item was purchased directly from BuggyBoard.co.nz, not through one of our retail partners.
  • Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in undamaged condition.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a store credit (not a cash refund) equal to the value of the item you paid, excluding shipping costs.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

1-Year Warranty

All BuggyBoard products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. This warranty applies to purchases made both directly through BuggyBoard.co.nz and through our authorised retail partners.

Warranty Details:

  • The warranty is a Return to Base warranty. Customers are responsible for returning the faulty product to our Hamilton address (listed above).
  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and decide whether to repair or replace the product or component.
  • We will then send the repaired or replacement part back to you at no additional cost.

If you believe your item is faulty and within the warranty period, please contact us first so we can assist you through the warranty process.

If purchased through BuggyBoard.co.nz please provide your order number or email address that the item was ordered through. If purchased through an authorised retailer, you need to provide a copy of your purchase receipt.
